Stress is unavoidable.  Some is positive and some is negative.  But too much stress is harmful.  This scale measures stress in terms of 43 life events.

With chronic/intense pain, medications may eventually become less effective.  These relaxation and meditation exercises are proven effective at helping to cope and manage pain.  They are also effective at dealing with stress, anxiety, panic, and more.  Find more HERE.
