supervision using sandtray
Supervision is a process of developing skills and professional identity through supervisor roles of teacher, counselor, and consultant. Sandtray can be a bridge to help teach basic skills, assist in the counselor role of helping deal with issues interfering with counseling, and can aid in the consultant role of the supervisor. Each role will be explored and methods of using sandtray will be delineated with examples. Techniques will be discussed with supervision session video clips. This workshop fulfills the requirement for supervision CEU's.
